16.5cm separate 2-way speaker system Lucent Duo165
- Lucent 165 is a basic separate 2-way system which comprise of two 2cm Lucent Sil dome tweeters and two 16.5cm AM (Aluminum/Magnesium) cone woofers. Included in each kit is a pair of high-quality in-line crossover network. The 6-piece construction of the tweeters and the included accessories allow for a variety of mounting options such as surface mount, angle mount or OEM factory location.

Lucent Silk dome tweeters
The all new 2cm soft dome tweeter features a diaphragm made from a new ultra-thin silk material called Lucent Silk. This exclusive Bewith technology results in very smooth high frequency reproduction that maintains sonic transparency and superb details even a high output levels.
Six-piece construction designed for versatile installation
The Lucent tweeters’ 6-piece construction includes angle mount adapters (rightmost) and flush mount adapters (second from the right) for easy and versatile surface mounting in any location. As seen above, each of the adapters can be detached from th tweeter body (second from the left), allowing for direct installation in various OEM locations.
Lucent 16.5cm AM woofers
The Lucent 16.5cm woofers is constructed using Bewith’s own proprietary AM (Aluminum-Magnesium) woofer cone technology and a powerful magnetic circuit utilizing a large ferrite magnet. The AM cone has a proven track record from Bewith’s high-end Reference AM series speakers. This exclusive Bewith technology ensures smooth frequency response well beyond normal woofers. Mid and low frequency output are dynamic and detailed even during high levels of playback. A big design bonus is that mounting depth is kept at only 60mm.
Dedicated network for tweeters
The Lucent Duo165 2-way kit comes with its own dedicated in-line crossover network made out of high-grade Japanese components. The in-line crossovers have a high-pass filer (HPF) that filters out the low frequencies from the tweeters ensuring proper protection and maximizing its performance.
